Description
Developed a handheld enclosure designed to protect a computer
hard drive from the shock of dropping. Employed snubbers molded
from internal-friction polymers to dissipate deceleration
forces. The reaction forces to the hard drive were simulated
using Finite Element Analysis and verified to empirical calculations.
