Description
The task was to design and produce an effective, dual-dose syringe in a field crowded with prior patent art.  The creative solution incorporated a injection-blow molded bellows cartridge and a valve intrinsic to the rubber stopper, with tuned design parameters using large displacement non-linear finite element analysis.
