Description
Semi-automated tool press fits a Spirol pin into a smaller hole, overcoming adverse lead-in geometry. Piezo feeler sensor detects and clocks the pin's long sharp edge away from the product's plastic keyway. Replaced an unmanufacturable process with streamlined, high throughput workflow.
